As you know, there were several challenges that the hotel presented, and with expert handling by your team, we were able to overcome them. Your staff was extremely professional, and we received nothing but positive comments about their "can do" attitude and execution. None of the issues we faced were transparent to the attendees or the executive team which is what it should be about.
